At JewelryNanny.com we want you to be completely satisfied with us which is why we inspect your order carefully before shipping it to you. If a product did not meet your expectations or you are not satisfied with a purchase you may return the product for a refund within 30 days of the receipt of your order.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges are not refundable. No credit is given for lost packages. Non-returnable items sent back to us will not be returned to you, and no exchange, credit or refund will be issued.
To return your product for a refund, replacement, just contact our Customer Service Department by e-mail or phone 1-866-637-9246 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which will be assigned to track your request. All returns must have this number assigned so we can better assist you in return.

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear, tear, stains, perfume spray, undispellable odor and those that have been altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no RMA code, and packages that are improperly packaged will be refused receipt.
What happens if I change my mind after my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped we do not have the ability to "retrieve" or cancel the delivery. If you refuse delivery, your return will be processed and both ship to and return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Late Returns
We can accept returned merchandise for up to 30 days from the date you originally received it. Unfortunately, items received after the 30-day return period cannot be accepted for a refund, and your package will be returned to you. If we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep your merchandise and no credit will be issued.
No Exchanges
We unfortunately cannot process exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return your original merchandise and place a new order.
Returns Bought on Promotions
Return bought on promotion, such as but not limited to: free shipping, discounted offer, reduced price, free product, are subject to 15% restocking fee.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you believe a product was shipped in error from JewelryNanny.com, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in transit, please contact Customer Service so we can resolve the problem. Please keep in mind that all returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
